We produce urea-ammonia mixture (UAN 32), liquid complex fertilizers (LCF) and organize wholesale supplies of urea (urea) and ammonium nitrate to agricultural enterprises and farms.
Deliveries are made to any location in Ukraine, both by road and rail.
Our fertilizers contain the necessary elements that promote plant growth, have a positive effect on the root system and increase their resistance.
This is an effective nitrogen fertilizer. It is supplied in liquid form.
UAN 32 is a mixture of concentrated aqueous solutions of urea and ammonium nitrate, with a mass fraction of 31-37% and 40-48% respectively, containing 32% nitrogen.
UAN is a clear or light yellow liquid with a faint ammonia odor, density of 1.306-1.326 g/cm3, pH 7-8. The physical and chemical properties of this fertilizer allow it to be stored for a year.
UAN can be sprayed using machines designed to apply liquid complex fertilizers, as the fertilizer does not contain free ammonia.
UAN is used for both main application and fertilization.
Properties
does not lose its physical properties during storage
the crystallization temperature of UAN-32 is 0°C
dissolves well in the soil
quickly compensates for nitrogen deficiency.
Dosage rate
for the main application for autumn tillage, depending on the crop and soil fertility 200-500 kg/ha
for application before leveling the fallow and for pre-sowing cultivation, depending on the crop and soil fertility 200-400 kg/ha
for fertilizing winter cereals and rapeseed 100-300 kg/ha
for in-line fertilization of row crops (beets, sunflower, corn) 100-150 kg/ha
The products comply with Ukrainian technical specifications U 24.01 – 00203826.024-2002
The shelf life is 6 months.
Liquid compound fertilizers are one of the most promising forms of mineral fertilizers.
These are mineral fertilizers in the form of a greenish liquid containing nitrogen (4%), phosphorus (10%) and potassium (10%). If necessary, they are supplemented with trace elements, biostimulants, and herbicides. Anhydrous ammonia, solutions of urea, ammonium nitrate, etc. are used for their production.
They are applied by spraying on the soil surface and then incorporated into the soil with harrows or cultivators. The properties of the fertilizers make it possible to fully mechanize loading and unloading and application.
The main advantages of liquid complex fertilizers are
neutral acidity – pH 5.9-6.10 (allows for use on all soil types)
If necessary, other components (trace elements, growth regulators, pesticides) can be added to their composition
absence of impurities and ballast
fully mechanized method of transportation and application to the soil
uniform distribution over the surface
full availability for plants
does not increase moisture deficit and has advantages in dry conditions
possibility of fractional nutrition in different phases of vegetation
provide savings in transshipment and simplification of technological processes during application.
Our products comply with Ukrainian technical specifications U 20.1 – 39796536-002:2016.
The shelf life is 6 months.
In agronomic terms, it is a versatile and fast-acting nitrogen fertilizer that comes in the form of dry granules with a size of 1-4 mm.
The standard packaging is 500 kg in big bags.
Application.
Ammonium nitrate is used for almost all crops for basic and line fertilization and for top dressing.
Properties
Dosage rate
Depending on soil and climatic conditions, ammonium nitrate is applied for autumn tillage or pre-sowing cultivation at a dose of 150-500 kg/ha.
in-line fertilization is carried out (100-150 kg/ha).
It is especially widely used for fertilizing spiked cereals and rapeseed (100-300 kg/ha).
Urea CO(NH2)2 is the most concentrated solid nitrogen fertilizer, containing 46% nitrogen.
It is supplied in the form of dry granules, the standard packaging is 500 kg in big bags.
Application
Compared to ammonium nitrate, urea has its own peculiarities. The high degree of flowability, low backfill density, small granules and low density do not allow for the high-performance use of centrifugal spreaders. Their working width should be 1/3 smaller than when applying nitrate.
Urea is not inferior to ammonium nitrate in terms of efficiency, but the highest efficiency is observed after it is applied to the soil.
Urea is most effectively used for basic fertilization, in-line fertilization of row crops and vegetables, and for foliar feeding of plants.
Surface fertilization of winter crops, meadows and pastures is less effective than ammonium nitrate due to ammonia losses and slower action of urea than ammonium nitrate. Unlike other nitrogen fertilizers, plants are able to partially absorb nitrogen from urea without prior conversion.
Properties
Dosage rate
Depending on soil and climatic conditions, urea is applied for autumn tillage or pre-sowing cultivation at a dose of 100-400 kg/ha
Apply in the rows and carry out in-line fertilization (50-100 kg/ha).
