General provisions

This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is a public offer of the terms of use of the website novaagro.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Website), represented by the Website Owner (hereinafter referred to as the Website Administration) and third parties – individuals and/or legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the User).
The User undertakes to fully read this Agreement before registering on the Website.
Registration on the Website means full and unconditional acceptance by the User of the terms of this Agreement.
In case of disagreement of the User with the terms of the Agreement, the use of the Website by the User shall be immediately terminated.

Intellectual property rights

All results of intellectual activity and means of individualization placed on the website, including, but not limited to, design elements, graphic images (including illustrations), photographic works, text, audiovisual works and other works, as well as trademarks and industrial designs, are protected in accordance with the legislation in force in Ukraine.
The above-mentioned intellectual property objects individually and collectively constitute the protected Content (hereinafter referred to as the Content).
The Website and everything posted on it, as well as all the Website Content are the property of the Website Administration.
The use of the Website, including its Content, is allowed only for the purpose of familiarization and for the possibility of obtaining services provided by the Website Administration.
The use of the Website, including its Content, for commercial purposes is not allowed.
Quoting textual materials published on the Website is allowed with the obligatory indication of an active hyperlink to the Website or to the section of the Website with the quoted content.
The User agrees not to reproduce, repeat, or copy any parts of the Website, unless such permission is granted to the User by the Website Administration.
