Sunflower oil and meal

We process sunflower seeds at our own oil extraction plant in Kharkiv region and involve partner assets in our production program.

The quality of our sunflower oil and meal meets the requirements of the State Standard and satisfies all requirements.
The safety parameters of sunflower oil comply with the current EU food regulations, including but not limited to the content of mineral oils, pesticide residues, polyaromatic hydrocarbons, including:

• cholesterol content in accordance with the Codex Standard for named vegetable oils CODEX STAN 210-1999
• content of mineral oils: max. 50 mg/kg of mineral waxes in the range C10 – C56
• dioxins, dioxin-like PCBs, non-dioxin-like PCBs according to the EU Regulation
• pesticide content must comply with the MRLs set by the European Commission
• benzo(a)pyrene content – no more than 10 µg/kg
• fatty acid content in accordance with the specifications of CODEX STAN 210-1999.

We organize the possibility of independent export of products from the plant, or deliver them to your warehouse by road, rail and sea.

We process sunflower seeds at the Group’s oil extraction plant in Vasyshcheve, Kharkiv region, Ukraine, and produce

– unrefined sunflower oil
– sunflower meal (granulated and non-granulated)
– fuel pellets from sunflower husks (biofuel).

Oor Oil Extraction Plant

The plant has modern equipment from leading global manufacturers that ensures high quality and productivity, allowing it to process up to 550 tons of sunflower seeds per day.

The plant has automated truck scales and a modern laboratory.

In 2023, the plant was modernized to improve production stability and quality of finished products, including the installation of new roasting equipment, a cake cooler and a grain dryer.

Grain Silo

The plant has an elevator for storing oilseeds with a capacity of 7000m³.

Modern drying equipment with a capacity of 30 tons of sunflower seeds per hour.

Oil storage

Sunflower oil is stored in a tank farm with a capacity of 1500 tons.

Storage of meal

The company has two silo-type warehouses for storing 700 tons of granulated meal.

Fuel pellet production

The production capacity of the workshop for the production of fuel pellets from sunflower husks is 3 tons per hour.
