The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has authorized Novaagro Ukraine LLC to acquire Agrogeneration agricultural holding with assets in Ukraine.

On December 14, 2022, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine allowed Novaagro Ukraine LLC to acquire Agrogeneration, a French-registered agricultural holding with assets in Ukraine.

As part of the deal, Konkur Investments Limited, a subsidiary of SigmaBleyzer, will sell almost 126.1 million shares of AgroGeneration (representing 56.90% of the share capital) at a price of $0.036 per share.

We are starting the process of preparing for the implementation of the transaction in 2024.

This transaction is a logical step towards achieving NOVAAGRO’s goal of creating a sustainable and profitable agricultural business by leveraging the operational synergies of agriculture and our existing businesses. We believe this will help us optimize our business processes and supply chains and allow us to gain efficiency gains, including through increased scale.
